1. About Us

E.C. Enterprise X is a technology services business operated by Cribe Corp. in Sint Maarten. We provide managed IT, networking, cybersecurity, access-control, automation, and related technology services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using our website, contacting us through an integrated service, or using an application made available by E.C. Enterprise X, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or application.

3. Facebook Business Application

Our Facebook business application is used only by E.C. Enterprise X and authorized administrators to manage approved content and business activity for the official E.C. Enterprise X Facebook Page. It is not offered as a general consumer application.

• Only authorized company personnel may connect or operate the application.
• The application may use Meta permissions needed to identify the managed Page, read Page engagement information, and create or manage Page posts.
• Content must be reviewed and approved under E.C. Enterprise X procedures before publication.
• Users must comply with Meta’s terms, policies, and applicable law.
• Access may be suspended or revoked whenever authorization ends or security requires it.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or applications to violate law; access systems without authorization; interfere with service operation; distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content; impersonate another person or business; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

5. Accounts and Security

If access credentials or platform authorization are issued, you are responsible for protecting them and for activity performed under your authorized access. Do not share passwords, access tokens, or confidential credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Services, Estimates, and Payment

Website descriptions are general information and are not binding quotations. Specific scope, prices, deposits, payment terms, scheduling, warranties, and client responsibilities are established by the applicable estimate, invoice, contract, or service agreement. Where those documents conflict with these general Terms, the specific written agreement controls.

7. Third-Party Services

Our website and applications may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp, Microsoft, Atera, and hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform decisions, or content outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The E.C. Enterprise X name, branding, website content, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Cribe Corp. You may not copy, publish, sell, or modify them without written authorization, except as allowed by law.

9. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website or application features when reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “last updated” date.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation

Online services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability for a paid service is additionally governed by the applicable written service agreement.
