User Data Deletion.

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with the E.C. Enterprise X Facebook business application. The application is operated for the official E.C. Enterprise X Facebook Page and authorized company administrators.

Request Deletion

Step 1 — Send the request
Email info@ecenterprisex.com with the subject Meta User Data Deletion Request.

Step 2 — Identify the account
Include the name and email address associated with your request, your Facebook profile name, and—if Meta displays one—the application-specific user ID. Do not send your Facebook password, access token, security code, or other secret.

Step 3 — Verification
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester is authorized. We will never ask for your Facebook password.

Step 4 — Processing and confirmation
After verification, we will delete or anonymize data controlled by E.C. Enterprise X that is associated with the application, unless retention is required by law, for security, or to establish or defend legal claims. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request is complete or explain any lawful exception.

What the Request Covers

A verified deletion request covers personal data received and controlled by E.C. Enterprise X through the Facebook business application, such as account identifiers, authorization records, and related support or audit information, where applicable.

What It Does Not Delete

Your Facebook account, Facebook Page, or data controlled directly by Meta. Those must be managed through your Meta/Facebook account settings.
Public Page posts or comments that were not created from your personal application use, unless a separate valid removal request applies.
Records that E.C. Enterprise X must retain to comply with law, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-claim obligations.

Remove Application Access in Facebook

You may also remove the E.C. Enterprise X application from the Business Integrations or Apps and Websites section of your Facebook settings. Removing access prevents future authorized access but may not automatically delete records already held by E.C. Enterprise X; send the deletion request above if you also want those records reviewed and removed.
